Lauren is a warm and empathetic psychologist who aims to create a welcoming space where clients feel heard and supported. She considers it a privilege to hear her clients’ stories and to work alongside them to achieve their goals.

Lauren has worked in various settings in the public and private sectors including at a mental health hospital and in community mental health. She has experience in providing treatment for a range of presenting concerns including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, low self-esteem, parenting and relationship difficulties.

Lauren uses evidence-based approaches to treatment that are tailored to each client depending on their unique circumstances and preferences. She draws on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Schema Therapy in her clinical practice. Lauren primarily works with adults.

 Lauren holds a Master of Clinical Psychology, a Bachelor of Psychology (honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce. Lauren is registered as a psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and an associate member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA).
